simon who?

all it took just now to get ellie to stop fussing and fall asleep was a jazzy rendition of "when the saints go marching in" and "swing low, sweet chariot" -- a medley, if you will.

sorta slow, snapping with a little sway and she succumbed.

get a baby. you feel like a star.

ok - I realize that she cannot yet talk and I don't want to burst your bubble.
But as for myself, I love to sing. I sing about God, doing the dishes, using the little girl's room, I make songs about everything to teach my kids stuff, and the WHOLE time I sing to them, they scream at the top of their lungs, "MOMMY, STOP SINGING..."
Who needs Simon, when you've got kids that tell you the honest truth?
Nevertheless, Enjoy it while you can! ;)
