haircut.

i need one. bad. i have a head full of split ends, and the long hair look is not working for me anymore either. i decided to grow it out when i found out i was pregnant with grayson, and it looked nice while i was pregnant. my hair gets super dark and shiny and full when i'm pregnant. but now? now i'm nursing and having all nutrients sucked from me, and my hair is just blah to the 1,000th power. eventually, i'd like cut it super short like it was when i started dating landon (read: skinny), but i think i'm gonna go shortER before i go shortEST. it's pretty long (for me, not compared to jenny) right now, and i'm thinking maybe three inches would be good. it needs a style though. and maybe some color? and i need to find a stylist. i have a recommendation for someone at reflections here in town. does anyone love their stylist? have haircut suggestions? hair color suggestions? no blond, please. been there, done that. i'm gonna make an appointment for the first saturday in march, i believe.

jody Jones at the Look Styling salon, she does wonders with color as well as cutting. I know she does mine, Kylah's, DeLana, and Hudson. Love her.

Go dark with some red chunky highlights. Super hot. I wasn't a believer until I did it myself. Loved it. Dark, but not too dark. Red, but not too red. You don't want to look like Emo. I say cut the dead ends off, get some side swept bangs and rock the short 'do. You look great with short hair!!

I used to go to a place in the shopping center across from Community hospital called Image-in-that. I did body waves and cuts, but never did any color there myself. (I had not weaned from the bottle.) But I knew a few people that did, and I thought theirs looked good. They also did the best eyebrow waxing of anyone I've ever used. I don't know if they are still there. It was almost 3 years ago that I moved from SA, and probably another 3 or 4 before that that I couldn't afford a professional cut. So it could be all different people now.
