Dale Chihuly + the Dallas Arboretum.

We had an awesome time at the Arboretum last weekend. Chihuly's glass is stunning. We'd be walking along, enjoying the gardens when BAM! -- a breathtaking sculpture would appear amid the foliage. It was really quite amazing. They held the kids' interest, and Ellie took quite a few photos with my phone. She's in the process of journaling about both the gardens and glass that she saw. She did keep calling it collage instead of sculpture. We need to work on art terms a bit, apparently. The exhibit is at the Arboretum until November sometime, and I'd really like to go to Chihuly nights, which is when they have the sculptures lit up after dark. Can you imagine?
