he's a second generation parcells guy. his dad (rob) played in the NFL. his dad played for parcells in new york (giants) from '81 to '85. and his dad was his high school coach.

i've already heard interviews with him in a conference call we had up here (he's at home in ohio) at valley ranch. definitely a character guy. a lot of "yes, sirs."
