and today...finally caught up. the day of the neuter.

here is the baby just before getting out of the car at the vet this morning. 7:30 a.m., lord, help me... he was scared before we even got out.

i just heard from the vet, and they're giving him a special ointment for his head. he also gets a cone collar and pain medicine.

he has to wear that silly-looking collar for 10 whole days while his stitches heal. i don't really know how that's gonna go. i haven't seen it yet, but i don't know how he's gonna fit in his box to sleep. or how he lays down comfortably.

poor babe.

i'm sure there will be pictures up here tomorrow of the damage. i mean, you know, how he looks in the collar.

gross. you don't think i'd post a picture of THAT on here. do you?
