A...What you're describing does sound like sciatica. And I know this because I have it and it's awful. I went to the doctor and he said, "The only thing we can do to alleviate the pain is physical therapy." Geez, thanks. <BR/><BR/>I've found that staying off my feet works incredibly and stretching my "glutes" works, too. I don't know if you're able to do that, though, with the belly and all. You might be able to do some -- just google "glute stretches" and see if you can do any that pop up. <BR/><BR/>Also, if you just lie on your back on the hard floor with your legs and arms in kind of a five-pointed star shape (palms up) I've found that really helps straighten everything out and feels amazing - at least for the moment.clshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08912681286902880070noreply@blogger.com
